Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page or email us at contactus@queblornxefralex.world. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Items must be returned with all original packaging and documentation.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made items, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, and items returned after the return period may not be eligible for return or refund.
